the premium guest room with a king bed and balcony exceeded my expectations the room was spacious and well-appointed i liked the balcony it offered a nice space to relax i also found the bed comfortable ensuring a restful sleep. the hotel staff provided prompt service when i requested additional towels.

the bathroom lighting was a bit dim making it slightly challenging for detailed grooming.

I found the sauna and massive steam room excellent. the gym has an ample size. I was able to keep up my gym routine. the lobby bar's munich mule is my new favourite drink.

the cocktail bar was not recommended because it was understaffed. i had to wait 30 minutes for cocktails. the bartender lacked ingredients for classic cocktails.

i liked the attentive bar staff a lot. the complimentary drink upon arrival was unexpected. the staff was super FRIENDLY throughout my stay. the candy at the front desk was a great touch, i could always grab some.

the dim lighting made the corridors a little hard to navigate at first.
